That passion led me to earn a master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, and into a corporate career where I had the privilege of working with visionary leaders across multinational organizations.
For 23 years, I served in leadership roles -including more than a decade on executive teams- where I led large-scale transformation and strategic development initiatives. These experiences cemented my belief, that great leadership is not just about strategy and execution -it’s about unlocking the full potential of people.
