From an early age, I was fascinated by human interaction—what makes people unique, how they connect, and what enables them to thrive together. That curiosity became the foundation of my professional path, leading me to pursue a master’s degree in industrial relations and Personnel Management and to build a corporate career working with visionary leaders across multinational organizations.
For 23 years, including more than a decade on executive teams, I held leadership roles where I led large-scale transformation and strategic development initiatives. These experiences reinforced my conviction that great leadership is not only about strategy and execution—it is about unlocking the full potential of people.
